We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Konges Sløjd. If for any reason you are not happy with your items, you can return them within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are in unused and unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package at a local drop-off point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
